Each fundraising event has an adult and youth leader in
charge. They call to schedule people to work at each
event. You must be scheduled to work an event to receive credit.
Workers are credited 1 point for each hour worked and recorded on the event sign in sheet.
Points are credited for event planning and preparation.
Fundraising points can be transferred to anyone who is traveling. The amount of dollars fundraised minus expenses is divided by the total number of hours worked.
That amount is
multiplied by each worker's points to determine each worker's fundraising payout.
The fundraising year ends June 15th. If there is a balance due for traveling, fundraising dollars are applied to the balance first.
